And you will provide proof of credit card ownership as part of the terms of your participation. If you do not have a credit card, you may qualify for the plan by either: paying for an annual rate programming subscription, or making timely payments on a monthly rate programming subscription for 12 consecutive months and thereby becoming eligible for the rebate funds upon completion of the 12 months.
